The P/A's are pretty good but each one give you a different spot to inject when visiting them. So the very 1st P/A told me to inject in my stomach, I told her I had a beer belly & had to explain to her its an intro muscular injection but she assured it was ok to inject there & just to pull & squeeze the fat from belly then inject it so for 3 months I was doing that. Then I started seeing a second P/A & she said "What she told you to inject there, why, it's intro muscular!!" Then she told me to inject either in my shoulder or thigh on my Tband muscle. This last P/A told me to inject in my mid buttock area & sent a video link to watch on YouTube but then the message & link dissappear! 2nd you get an email to make an appointment to Quest Diagnostics 5 days later after you have run out of medicine, then you have to make an appointment with quest diagnostics who are ALWAYS busy so your earliest appointment with them is about 4-5 days & that to 5-7 days for Henry meds to recieve the blood work another 5-6 days days later they schedule an appointment & some of them have earliest appointments another 4-5 days fir earliest appointment, then another week to 2 weeks fir them to process the order & send out your ten- 13 week supply..Absolutely Ridiculous!! The whole process takes about just over a month to get your next supply & in that meantime your Testosterone level is dropping so when you FINALLY get your meds it's like starting all over Again! They need to have a more streamlined process so your not waiting 6 weeks fir your next package..For example they need to send you an email just b4 your running out of your medication with the Quest Diagnostics and when Henry meds recive the blood work they should IMMEDIATELY set you up with a P/A that is not 5 days away. I had my last P/A appointment on Wednesday June 4 th & I went to track my shipment and it still says "In Progress" & hasn't even shipped yet! So if you like waiting up to 5-6 weeks just to get your next supply Henry Meds is for you. If you don't like having a huge break in between & want to stay on a continously basis with no breaks in between look elsewhere like 'Male Excel' witch is there parent company, it cost more but you don't have these HUGE Deelays. I personally see & believe I know what Henry Meds is doing and they Purposely do these tactics so that your Testerone levels will drop during the waiting period & therefore keep you as a customer to keep charging you as ofcoorse your Testosterone level within 5-6 weeks will drop.. You need to take continously without such a long pause in your treatment because it's like starting alllllllll over again after your 10-13 week supply runs out, it's not hard fir them to do or change, they just don't want to.. If your listening Henry Meds get your process more Streamlined & efficient or I'm switching to another provider that is NOT MALE EXCEL your sister company!!

Receiving meds by mail was done quickly, and the nurse practitioners were direct and efficient. My problem is that I have been billed $297 per month for the last 8 months for medicines and have not received medicine for the last 2 months, so the company has a surplus of my money on hand of my already paid $594. To keep receiving medicine, I was told that I would have to attend a zoom meeting with a medical provider. So, during the zoom meeting, I had to choose another weight loss medicine as the FDA is no longer allowing my old medicine to be sold by HenryMeds. To continue medicines, I needed to pay another $249 dollars! I asked if my meds could be covered instead by the $594 sitting in their possession on my account. The lady told me that she would have to send a request to her manager to get approval to classify my money as a "credit". REALLY? When I asked her why my money I had already paid couldn't be used, she kept saying something about she doubted that her request to her manager would be processed on a Saturday two days from now so I most likely would have to wait until next month. This sounds like a good way for HenryMeds to just collect and keep people's money. Hopefully, this situation of holding my money in a surplus account can be righted.

Everything started out fine. Only a few days to get my initial appointment. That went rather smoothly. They say 8-10 business days to receive your first script. 4/9 was the first day a payment came out. It was May before anything showed up. No email or information along the way. 5/9 they take their second payment out. It's now June and I have received no information on my second order. I will be out of pills tomorrow and they can't tell me when the order will ship. I was told I should be on them for 3 months uninterrupted. When I call they have different reasons or excuses why nothing has shipped. I tell them that there is not supposed to be a break in taking the pills and they just say they know and offer no other explanation or advice. While the pills were working the company and their customer service is terrible. I would look elsewhere

I started my Phentermine pills back in April . It took two weeks for my prescription to come. I got billed May 9.2025, It’s now June 2.and haven’t received my prescription. The next billing cycle is June 9. And I haven’t received my second prescription. I have two pills left and leaving for vacation on Saturday. I spoke with customer service and didn’t have an answer to my question. What is the status of my prescription? He said back logged? I’m going to find another weight loss program. I wouldn’t go through them again.

It's taking way too long to get medication! No answers from customer service! Probably coming from China! That might be the delay

My credit card was charged with no notification that medication was in process, so it arrived late after requesting and behind told it world be expidited.

I have used them for over a year with excellent results. However, impossible to get anyone when you have a question. I’ve tried countless times and all you get is form emails etc. I think they have got too big too fast. Extremely unhappy with customer service. There literally is none. For that reason I will cancel contract and go elsewhere

Been using this company for almost a year and have never achieved optimal T levels. The practitioners give conflicting lab draw instructions, don't increase dosing and leave patients with levels UNDER 60. I finally cancelled.
