My experience was very staightforward
My experience was very simple. I paid, set my appointment, met with my provider, received my script, and will be scheduling a follow up following my 1st month. My provider was very friendly and thorough. If going through your insurance is not a feasible option for you- I definitely recommend Henry Meds,

I had lost my medication while on…
I had lost my medication while on vacation. To be honest I was positive it was gonna be a Sugar Honey Iced Tea show to even attempt getting a human on the phone, let alone another prescription and all the rest that goes along with losing a medication. Instead, after sending an email to support, I was contacted by Ian H and can not put into words how much I am thankful for this! Ian has helped guide me, checked up on my order and continued to help me navigate this ordeal for over two weeks! Literally, I would ask a question and within 12 hours he would reply. Then he went out of his way to help expedite the process and seriously made me feel respected, important and most of all, a human. He is a special kind of person and he has restored my faith in people!

Knowledgeable Staff.
The physician's assistant that I spoke with for the appointment on the phone was knowledgeable and accommodating. She made me feel at ease. I can't wait to start the program.
