Whatever medication I was given did not work. Haven’t lost any weight, all I feel is naseous and tired.

Reached out for TRT due to symptoms. Did lab work and had consultation and felt like I was brushed off. I was denied service and told to go to a doctor to have my symptoms checked out. I supposedly didn't qualify and there was no sympathy, just a feeling of being rushed off the video call. I tried to have a dialogue but it fell on deaf ears. Hopefully my initial fee will be refunded based on their site policy.

This company is a disjointed collection of powerless customer service reps, disconnected physicians assistants and maybe a couple of doctors via email. Their pharmacy routinely runs out of testosterone, which no one will notify you of and will cause you to sit around waiting days or weeks for your hormones. They will tell you that your account will be credited for the "inconvenience" but it will not be credited. If you like getting your testosterone on a schedule, customer service, professionalism and having a doctor actually involved in your hormone therapy, do not use Henry Meds.

Poor follow through, good people. Frustrating.

Absolutely awful experience If this is a good company I would hate to see a bad one.

My appt with a practitioner was efficient and thorough. I accepted a change the following day, immediately my card was charged not reflecting the $100 discount. I contacted Henry Meds and was told it has been an error and will be reflected on my account the following month. A week went by and still the status "we are processing your order" remained. I contacted Henry Meds again on 9/28 to inquire via email and was told "you need to accept the change". I knew this was not the case as I already had, and had already been billed for the change. I then called and was told there was a glitch in the system and my order would be pushed through. Tomorrow will be two weeks post and my meds have yet to even be delivered. I will be lucky to even receive medication before I am billed a second time.

I would not recommend anyone seeking support with weight loss or managing their Type 2 diabetes through an online medical provider who doesn't have FDA approval for the medication. We have no clue as to what these compound pharmacies are putting in the medication. I literally went through this with Henry Meds. To be honest, I've gained 6 pounds in two weeks. I have canceled my membership after speaking to my doctor. We have no clue what is in this stuff. I am sharing my experience for knowledge purposes only. However, you have the means to do as you choose. I spent almost 500.00 only to gain weight. No thank you!!

For context: I paid $149 for a phentermine prescription and appointment. My appointment was on Sept. 7. This was an awful experience. I still don’t have my meds a month later. I decided to have them filled at a CVS and Henry Meds won’t call the pharmacy to confirm my prescription. I’ve been emailing and calling back and forth with Henry Meds customer service team for 2 weeks straight and everytime I am passed to a new representative and nothing get solved. I only chose to have my prescription sent to a different pharmacy because I don’t have a residential address to send it to. Do not choose this way of receiving your medication! I don’t even have a review for the meds themselves since I haven’t received them.
