Very efficient…the video appt was right on schedule. The doctor did a fine and thorough job of explaining the process, answered all my questions. A side effect of nausea may occur , so there was included some meds to alleviate that. The 60 day supply was delivered when they said it would be….! Now I hope this works!!

Straightforward and helpful

Had my first appointment today with Lindsay Eagan, PA and she was very kind, professional and thorough. It felt like I was in appointment with my doctor’s office. Some places I looked up weren’t as professional as Henry Meds. I feel I’m in good hands with them and I’m excited for them to help me!!

Very efficient

The visit with Hee Jin Cayetano was informative. She walked me through all the steps to getting started on Semiglutide. She set the expectations perfectly. However, I just received the package (9th), which they do say 8 to 10 days. But my concern is that it came with a 3" x 3" ice pack that was of course melted. I was told that it needs to be refrigerated. Federal Express is the most unreliable carrier known to man. They need to pack it better and choose a different carrier, in my opinion.

Excellent experience both online and with the nurse practioner, Frances Prado. Clear, concise information and great interaction.

It was very easy to get started. Filled out questionnaire and had my appointment which was very helpful. I hope this helps me. The NP is very excited for me so that makes me hopeful.
