They lied in response to my last review. They said they reached out to me directly. They did not and have not. If I could give them less than 1 star because of this I would. They can’t answer my questions because they are not Drs and the Drs don’t ever answer back. And again they lied. I might write the better business bureau next. Dang I can be hit headed. Henry Meds hands down has the best customer service! They always take care of you in a prompt manner! They make you feel heard and do what’s best. I have never received such service with any company including in other areas in business

Erik was very helpful, listened to my feedback and experiences, and made decisions based on them—quick and snappy visits. While a 15-minute visit seems too short, I am not interested in long, drawn-out appointments.

Victoria Mentzoni Was very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and explained how everything should be done. My appointment was on time, and my delivery was faster than expected. I really loved my whole experience and couldn't be happier.

The PA was very nice and took time to explain the medication. She was very knowledgeable about all the possible side effects. The negative is that Henry meds will not allow for the individual to stay on a low dose of weight loss medication if it’s working and there is no need to go up in the dose. I hope they start listening to the needs of their patients instead of just upping doses when it’s not needed. It’s not a race to the biggest dose, it should be about how the patient is feeling.

So far, the process has been easy. I spoke with a PA for about 15 minutes. She explained the medicine and how it works. The medicine arrived about 4 days later.
