Professional, kind, informative. The telecom call was helpful, my doctor was kind, gave me a few recommendations and answered my questions. The company followed up with additional emailed information, tracking on my shipment. I feel that I can comfortably contact with any questions or concerns that may arrive. Highly recommend.

Had initial appointment and it went…
Had initial appointment and it went well. Great conversation and I was able to ask any questions I had. The prescription was placed while I was literally on the call and now just waiting for it to arrive. I cannot wait to begin this journey, thank you Henrymeds for the great experience.

I'm very weary of venture capitalist…
I'm very weary of venture capitalist created companies, particularly in healthcare. I was expecting to meet with a burnt out clinician who rushed the appt so they could attend to an unreasonable caseload, but that didn't happen. NP Johnson-Sykes was thorough, personable and her affect settled my nerves. She answered questions thoughtfully and gave plenty of time for me to locate the medical records she needed from me. I feel more confident about exploring this new option because of her.

Wow holy smokes super impressive job with dr and the system they have. I was happy dr appointment was quick and got me what I needed no gimmick. They said they would provide with included information.

Changed my mind on the type of meds
Changed my mind on the type of meds I wanted to use during my very first visit. Stephanie changed the order for me and I ended up with 2 invoices. The second one didn't show my discount. I called and spoke to Jordan and it was fixed right away. He could see exactly what happened and took care of it. AND he was VERY friendly too.
