Customer Service initially lacking but was resolved
****Edited to add that a rep reached out and resolved my issue. I changed my review from 4 stars to 5 for the reps kind response. I signed up for what I thought I wanted last week, which was semiglutide at 297/mo and then I applied a $50 referral coupon for the first month. I had my appointment yesterday, which was great. The practitioner was very helpful and professional. We talked about semiglutide vs tirzepatide. I decided that I wanted to switch. There is also a sale going on for tirzepatide for $100 off the first month. She told me to contact customer service to adjust the billing to reflect the new treatment plan. So I spoke to CS about the switch and that I saw it was on sale for the first month and could I get the additional 50 dollars off. When I spoke to customer service and they told me that the offer didn't apply since the sale started after I signed up for the original medication last week. I'm pretty sure there was also $100 off for the tirzepatide at that time. They always have promotions going on. I feel like since I'm paying a significantly higher price each month they could have at least refunded me the extra $50 for the first month. It leaves me with a little bit of a bitter taste for the company. It's such a small amount in the big scheme of things and it would have gone a long way for me in feeling like they care about my business. I hope this medication works.
