I am so thrilled to have found Henry Meds. I reached my goal weight sooner than expected, and everything was easy and seamless in their delivery and communication.

I had my interview today with Cindy (with my phone) and she was very timely, thorough and answered all of my questions! I was a bit nervous as I have never worked with an online provider before...but it was so easy!! I am looking forward to this journey and I am looking forward to doing the oral meds (scared to death of needles!)! Good luck everyone!!

Jordan at Henry Meds showed me great customer service does still exist in this world! He was kind, caring and above all he listened and made a plan to resolve my issue. I had emailed stating I was going out of town and needed my meds held until I returned home. Some where there was a disconnect and I got a tracking number saying they were being shipped. I immediately called this time and thankfully Jordan answered my call. I admit I was frustrated because I thought I had taken care of this with my email the day before. I explained my situation and Jordan was so kind and understanding. He kept reassuring me that I had done everything I possibly could do on my end and that it was definitely a mistake on their end. He could see my prior email stating I needed them held until I returned home. This medication needs to be refrigerated so it would be no good if it sat out in the heat for over a week. He said he would reach out to the pharmacy to see if it could be stopped or if an employee could possibly pick it up. He assured me that if they ended up being shipped while I was gone I just needed to call them back and they would replace them cost free since I had let them know my plans ahead of time. It was so refreshing to have a company say yes it was their mistake. Mistakes happen, we are all human but to take responsibility and offer solutions well it was just refreshing. Although my situation was not completely solved with my phone call Jordan made me feel like it would all workout one way or another and we had a plan. Later that evening, I had a voice mail from Jordan as well as a follow up email going over everything we had discussed. He said if it shipped while I was gone to send him the tracking info to show this and they would work to get me replacement meds asap I was shocked he not only called me with this info but he sent the email to make sure I had all I needed. In the end it all worked out and I got the meds before I left town but this experience helped restore my faith that great customer service does still exist and is a priority in some companies. Jordan is a great representation of this and Henry Meds is extremely lucky to have him representing their company! I hope they know how lucky they are to have him there and reward him for a job well done. He made me a very happy customer by turning my negative experience into a positive one. Thanks again Jordan!

I was pleasantly surprised how quickly my appointment went with the nurse practitioner. She was professional, friendly and answered all of my questions. I am anxious to receive my medication and to see how well it works for my condition.

I was nervous about my health visit. As soon as Jennifer connected to the call her smile was very warm. She immediately allayed my concerns and made me feel at ease. This is a life changing event. I’m thankful there is alternative to help people.
