I recently had an experience with Henry Meds regarding their TRT treatment. They claimed a fast and efficient process, but the reality was quite different. The communication was lacking, the labs took longer than I was promised and this lead to a frustrating experience. My TRT is still in process nearly 30 days later and all they can say is, “we are looking in to it.” If you’re considering TRT, remember that clear communication and realistic timelines are crucial. Don't settle for less when it comes to your health!

I was with Henry Meds for several months. The first 2 months were fine. After that, every lab order and prescription refill was late (4 times in a row, after which I gave up). Action only seemed to happen after I called to tell them it was late. They entered my prescription concentration wrong (after it had been correct on previous fills), and their website showed I received 3 month's supply when I only received 1 month. The 4th time they were late I called as usual, and they gave me the same answer, "my computer says..." and "I can enter into the computer..." Whatever is wrong with their system, they don't care about fixing it (or, they have no ability to escalate to someone who can fix the problem). I finally cancelled, and found a more reliable online prescription source (there are many to choose from). For those who have had a good experience, I'm glad for you. Going cold turkey every month from a prescription you depend on is no fun (to say the least).

I have gotten a complete run around from your staff. I have calle so so many times. You send emailsvstating you've tried twice to contact me but unable to reach me. That's a form letter & bogus. The PA finally sent the med but now FedEx keeps moving it out a day. None of this has been a good experience.

My name is not Annanda. I am getting someone else's notifications. My meds that are being delivered today have someone else's name on them. After my telehealth appointment on 11/5 I started receiving emails and tracking information for Annanda which is NOT ME. So how do I know the medication I am receiving is in fact he medication that is prescribed to me. Is is safe for me to take? Will someone else receive emails and medication with my name on it?? I called yesterday and was told " Let me look into it." We will email you. This is not the response someone wants when you are talking medication and $300 monthly.

I’ve been charged 3,489. I have received 1 vial of trizepatide. They are a scam, beware.

SCAM SCAM SCAM ! Be careful pills are pointless. Injections are pointless It doesn’t work they will ask you to keep using it and keep paying but no results and they refuse to return of refund

Horrible. They will not give you a refund when cancelling and they charge you more if you need to increase the dose. They’re a dishonest company
