Looking forward to get started
I had my video consultation today with the nurse practitioner. She went over a couple questions I answered prior to the video consult. She took the time to answer any questions I may had and went over some possible side effects. She was awesome, and I can’t wait to get started.

My first meeting with HenryMed went…
My first meeting with HenryMed went very well! I explained my situation and how I’ve been trying to stay healthy and got all of my questions answered. I was pleased with the experience so far! Meds will arrive in 5-7 days. Looking forward to my journey 😊

My appointment with an NP was great
My appointment with an NP was great. Efficient & productive. Answered questions thoroughly. I felt very taken care of. Would definitely recommend this process to others.

Quick access to a customer service…
Quick access to a customer service representative was much appreciated instead of minutes navigating an automated system. My questions were quickly answered and I received the results that I needed.

Everything you need
I spoke with Christi yesterday and she was able to answer all the questions I had. Later I talked to a friend who asked me a bunch of questions which I did not ask. Ha I know I can call back with anything I need to know and that’s comforting. We’ll see how it works when I receive my order, so far so good.
