As my experience unfolded
As my experience unfolded, I realized my order had not been filled although it should have been. The support team listened to my issue, apologized for the delay and explained where the disconnect occurred. He was professional, patient and understanding. He was true to his word in promptly correcting the issue.

Very Professional…
The NP I spoke to was very informative and thorough. I liked that she took her time explaining the process. She asked me at the end of our interview if I had any questions. My insurance does not cover weight loss medication and this was a great alternative. I am looking forward to getting started.

Could not have been easier
The website was easy to navigate and, when I had missed a step, Henry Meds sent me an email reminder in plenty of time. I got timely reminders and texts before the video call, and the woman I spoke to was thorough, knowledgeable and delightful. I wish all interactions were this easy!
