The fact that I had a one on one conversation with an actual practitioner was great! It's nice to physically see and talk to someone and be able to ask questions and get answers in real time. My NP was friendly and on time and knowledgeable. I feel ready to move forward with my treatment.

The nurse was very thorough during my intial appointment. Semaglutide did not work out for me (due to rash) so I was refunded in full with no issues. I am very much looking forward to coming back once Tirzepatide is available in California as I have read a lot of good things about this product.

Haven’t received my medication yet, but my initial appointment went well. The physician I met with was very kind and understanding. If she were local I would want her for my primary care physician.

The PA I met with virtually had a genuine sense of caring about by health, and although did not recommend me for what I initially sought after, did offer another safer treatment for my goal. I really appreciate the level caring that I received.

I’m just getting started, but my delivery arrived within 2 days! I had some trouble registering initially, so I called the number at the bottom of each email, n spoke with Juli S. She was amazing n sent me a new link to complete with an offer to help as much as I may need. I give customer service a solid 10!!!
