They will you keep on lower dose to collect money as long as they can. I stay with them for almost 6 month without any suppress appetite or feeling of fullness. I am on tirzepatide for more almost 5 months and they keep me on lower dose. Don't waste your time, money and health to this company.

I used Henrymeds for over a year and was always impressed with their customer service and product until they took terzepatide off the shortage list. They offered us discounted vials to purchase at a discounted rate which I jumped at the opportunity, but the pharmacy I was receiving medicine from was no longer making it and a new compound pharmacy would send it. I purchased 7 vials for $2,093 and they arrived in a fedex envelope that stated not to ship glass or vials. Improper shipping envelope for glass vials of medicine. The envelope doesn't state it needs refrigeration like the previous pharmacy had written and because of that wasn't put in the refrigerator by my family who was watching my house while I was on a trip. My husband's semiglutide arrived same day from the other pharmacy and was immediately put into the fridge because it clearly stated it needed refrigeration. Henrymeds has told me that no refund will be given and this pharmacy said it's still safe at 7 days but this package was shipped on Nov 7 and we put it into the fridge late night on the 14th which is 8 days. Henrymeds has stated their terms and conditions won't ship me new meds nor am able to get a refund on the bulk meds I purchased. I used to trust Henrymeds but now I think they are just a cash grab and have no co concern for my safety and wellbeing after a year of trusting them to send me medicine. This is a quality control issue that is well within their power to correct by sending medicine that has been sent in proper packaging and provide proper customer service, They will lose our business and I will continue to inform the public of this unsafe packaging. I am hoping the supervisor I asked to speak to will do the right thing, I'll remove my review but the public needs to know Henrymeds won't protect their customer over $ and a pharmacy saving on shipping the wrong way. I asked them if they would feel comfortable injecting themselves and I got the customer service speech of I understand your concern but... Henrymeds i would be more than happy with a replacement of new fresh refrigerated vials, a refund or switch to another medicine which none are unreasonable options. What i will not do is inject myself with this medicine and $2,093 worth of product thrown in the trash makes me very upset. I'll return the vials, I'm not trying to take advantage or get free stuff, I just want a safe medicine to use.

They continue to get things wrong, it has taken 7 phone calls to get my order corrected.

My credit card was charged November 4 and it’s November 14 and I still haven’t received my semiglutide . I’ve called at least four times and have yet to receive my semiglutide.

My box came the day I left for out of town.So I had my husband open it, and I told him the vile of medicine in the refrigerator. A couple hours later, he call me and he said there was no vial, but it looks like the needles are prefilled. I was like, that's weird. They said I would be getting a vial, but I shrugged it off I. Enjoyed my week of vacation and when I got home. I opened the refrigerator where he had placed the unopened packs of needles. I'm told him there is no medicine in these needles. Where's the rest of the stuff? And he said, well, there was a bottle of pills.It's in the bathroom, so I went in there and open that and there's just pills in it, no medication. I contacted them immediately and of course I got.Why did you wait so long?Well, I was out of town, I told them twice. So now I had to sign a docus sign stating I did not get my medicine, and i'm waiting for a reship. My question is is, how does this happen?There wasn't even any cold packs in the fedex box? So my first experience is not so great. Hopefully, I can update this with better information. We'll see how long it takes some to semi.Medicine that they have already charged me for.

I wish I had read the reviews. The medicine has done nothing. I gained weight rather than losing weight. I recommend save your money and do it the old-fashioned way eat less and work out.
