Literally had my appointment at 715am Thursday. Was expecting my order maybe 5-10 days later however I got it the NEXT day before Noon. Very impressed with the customer service. Only regret is I didn’t do it faster

Kathy L was Amazing!!!!! She has got to be the best customer associate that I have ever had!! She went above and beyond what was required. I was ready to cancel my subscription and thanks to Kathy I did not. I was very frustrated and now I am the happiest woman I could ever be. I am one happy customer all due to Kathy L. She put up with me for 5 straight days, probably 6 times a day. I've never had such top notch customer service in my life!! I am blown away with the treatment I received!! If Kathy L gets to read this, I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you did for me!!!!! YOU ARE THE BEST!!!! LAM

I had my first meeting today and it went great! I had all my questions and concerns addressed. I did a lot of research beforehand and chose Henry Meds because of the great reviews and super customer service. Can’t wait to start my journey!

I liked the ease of communicating with the Nurse. The website is easy to go through. I was very confident with all the information that I was given. I am excited to start this journey.

I will say we had a little mix up in some things but they always fixed all of my issues.but overall everything is legit.
