Employees have been great, however
Employees have been great. The timing has been terrible. I didn't my consult almost a month ago and I just got my perscription. I didn't get order for the required blood work until my perscription was expired. So because of all of this I have not had my perscription for two months. Yet I still pay the $129 a month. It is expected to be more organized for a pharmaceutical company.

Didn't receive medication
Didn't receive medication, ups driver took a photo of a package that WAS NOT MINE as confirmation of delivery. Annoying, I wanted it set to a pharmacy, so I could just get it myself instead of relying on useless delivery people like henrymeds insisted. Wouldn't be surprised if it was a scam all along.

It has been two months of diet exercise…
It has been two months of diet exercise and medication and I have gained two pounds

Thank you for your review. All Henry Meds patients are encouraged to schedule a follow up appointment with their clinician (included in the subscription cost) to discuss any issues. We do offer many other treatments, so in the event that patients don't respond to a given treatment, the providers always work to find alternatives that may be more effective. Poor customer service
I have been waiting for three weeks for my next prescription and I am currently out of medicine. I have called and asked for help about 20 times and I get the same answer every time. It's in processing, waiting for a shipping date. Oh, but here is the kicker! They still take my money on time even though I don't have my refill.

Been waiting over a week to get my…
Been waiting over a week to get my prescription refilled. Just sitting there, no action. I’ve now been out of supply for three weeks.

Taking too long to process
Taking too long to process. At day 8 they claim they only count business days- fine but that was never stated until today. I am looking for a more professional company

It’s a scam
It’s a scam. They don’t have actual doctors. They charge a monthly fee and then make appointments impossible to get. Then while you are waiting for an appointment time that doesn’t interfere mess is your work scheduled, you guessed it, another monthly fee. Stay far away.
