All Henry Meds patients are encouraged to schedule a follow up appointment with their clinician (included in the subscription cost) to discuss any issues. We do offer many other treatments, so in the event that patients don't respond to a given treatment, the providers always work to find alternatives that may be more effective. The 1 star is only because there was nothing smaller. I ordered Semaglutide in July. After 4 months I had lost 4 lbs. I am completely sure I was injecting sterile water into myself, and not semaglutide. I noticed zero affects of any kind. No reduction in hunger or appetite, no reduction in cravings, no reduction in inflammation. I can't say that this will be your experience, but it was mine. My insurance won't pay for the Lilly version, and my Dr recommended that I stop paying for it since there were no benefits.

Oral medication did not work - a scam. I tried it for 3 months and it did nothing. They refused to give me the $100 discount when I first ordered the medication that I was supposed to recieve. They charged me after I canceled the membership for medication that I did not receive and refused to give me a refund. Steer clear - the whole operation is a joke. If you want medication with absolutely minimal screening, then go for it. However, if you want a more trustworthy, above board company, do not order from Henrymeds.

I am extremely irritated with this 2nd prescription. I had my lab work done on 11/7/24 and the prescription was sent that same day. It is now 11/25/24 and the prescription has still not shipped. I have contacted support 3 separate times. I spoke to a manager Thursday 11/21/24 last week and she said that there is an issue with the pharmacy shipping to Virginia. Why was that the first time I’m hearing about that? I am VERY dissatisfied!!!!

After months I did receive a vial of medication. But no syringes, no method of delivery, and another prescribed medication was not sent. After reading other reviews, I believe this might be the status quo.
