Excellent communication. The Dr. listened closely to my questions, asked follow up questions to help her understand and make quality suggestions. She allowed me to make decisions for myself and set up a follow up plan for the future. She had all of our notes from the last visit with her. It was a great visit and I'm happy with the conclusion. I'm really happy with my Henry Meds experience. My medical appointments have been informative and efficient, the instructions I've received with my prescription have been thorough and the results are exactly what I've been hoping for!

Consultation process was easy and convenient.

I was able to schedule a prompt appointment. My PA popped up within 2 minutes of my " time window" for our Zoom meeting. She was friendly and answered all my questions. I came away feeling very satisfied that a "team" was available for me if I had any future concerns. Henry Meds is a stellar company among a world awash with fake sites with questionable promises. Thank you.

I had a great experience all the way from interaction with the physician and follow-up instructive emails, to delivery of the items (earlier than expected) and access to complete instructions on the self-administration of the drug.

I have not started my program yet. The initial appointment started on time and the provider was friendly & informative. They ensured any questions I had were answered. Now, just waiting to start.

It was easy to set up and I can't wait for the medication to arrive. Which looks like will be 2 days from the teleconference. I am disappointed that they charged my card before I even was approved, and since I was advised to do the shots instead of the oral, I was charged twice. Once for each. They did immediately put in an order for refund. I would also like to see a better website, so you can find all the information and videos, such as showing how to give the shots. Overall though, I'm excited to get started on the program.
