Refill is taking over a week to be fill and I am now out of medication.

Late delivery; no instructions
My first order of TST arrived quite a few days later than I expected. There are no instructions with the medication as to how to measure, draw or inject it. I have no idea which color needle is for drawing the med; which is to inject; and how to measure the correct dose based on the hashmarks on the syringe. I am willing to give Henry Meds the opportunity to square this away but based on service to date, am not inclined to continue with this service.

The beginning process is slow i have…
The beginning process is slow i have been a member for a month and still haven't gotten my meds yet so I have paid for two months with no meds and the portal is lacking alot of features that would make this a really great platform

So....I will update until it's received
So, I'm not entirely sure what my full review will be, but at the moment I don't have much faith in the company. Had my first appt on 6/6 around noon. Dr explained i was approved and to expect 5-8 business days. Fair enough, so come Wednesday this week I noticed in the app that the pharmacy still hasn't filled it. I inquired to figure out what was going on and now I'm told 7-10 business days and that the pharmacy takes 3-4 business days to do quality checks, etc. Well it is now Friday 6/13....the quality checks timeline has been exceeded, no communication regarding reasoning nor if there will be a delay. If my shipment isn't at my house by the 10th business day, I will be requesting a refund and canceling the service. This was meant to be an option that provided convenience, but it would have been less work going to a med spa and picking up the prescription myself at the pharmacy.

Wonderful provider visit, but lengthy order proceeding
My experience with the provider was excellent and would solely be rated as a 5. However, it’s been a week and my medication is still pending processing.
