Dr. J. Sinacori who I worked with on understanding the meds, side effects, and how to administer was detailed in providing me the information I required. Raphael, in customer service helped me with changing some of my profile and provided follow up.

EXCELLENT INITIAL VISIT
The whole first appointment experience, from start to finish, was superb. When scheduling they even added time zone choices with the times. The video appointment happened exactly on time, was clear and went smooth. I have received several post-appointment emails updating every step I need to know. I’ve tried other online clinical visits and all were challenging experiences. Thank you Henry.

Great So Far!
Very professional, patient and knowledgeable! I felt very comfortable with the professional who met with me for my appointment and I feel most comfortable with this company. Just incredibly thorough. My own PCP said if I was going to go this route, to go with Henry Meds and that many of her friends who are also medical professionals use Henry Meds themselves.
