First impressions count
Very good communication prior to online appointment. Virtual appointment was timely, very professional and informative as well. Was put at ease and dialog very straightforward, friendly and answered all my questions and made some modifications to what I was expecting and gave numerous reasons why to consider another option. Well done!

Streamlined process
Henry Meds is so easy to use. From the online appointment to receiving my tirz, Henry Meds has the process streamlined. I’ve never gotten any prescription this easily.

Super easy to navigate the website and set up an appointments, renew meds etc. I have had great and prompt responses to my concerns. I am very impressed with Henry Meds!

Informative and encouraging
The nurse was very informative and I felt she wanted to direct me in the right direction for ME as an individual to lose weight. I felt very safe in ordering the shots and looking forward to getting healthier and feeling better.

Simple to schedule & very thorough
It very simple to make the appointment. Lots of times on several dates to choose from. The provider was on time and very thorough in her review of my medical/family history She took time to clearly explain the dosage and how to safely administer the medication. By the time she asked if I had any questions, she had completely covered everything so I had no questions at all.
