UPDATE: So its 02/22/24: I've lost roughly 23lbs and counting. I feel great. The company has been awesome. I haven't encountered any of the negative things people have mentioned so far. __________________________________________________ I have an appointment scheduled for tomorrow with this company. I'm writing this review in advance because I'm so eager to let you all know whether or not it's legit. 10/4/23: Update: Appointment went well this morning. I am pleased with the Dr. I spoke with and look forward to receiving my shipment in the next 7-10 days. All of my questions were answered and concerns were addressed. My medication (Sema) is coming from Taylor Made so hopefully, it is effective. I'll update again once my shipment arrives. 10/11/2023: UPDATE, I haven't received the medication yet and of course, I'm anxious so I'm impatient. They say it takes 5-8 business days and technically I shouldn't receive the package until Monday but it still seems a bit long. They also don't send you ANYTHING to let you know they received your order so you kind of wait in limbo unless you call. I was hoping I'd get it faster than the others complaining about shipping.... Who did I think I was??? LOL UPDATE: PRAISE THE LORD Maybe I am somebody! I wrote that update at 1:00am and woke up to a delivery! I received the medication this morning! I was told I'd receive an email letting me know my shipment was sent but I never got an email and when I called yesterday they told me there was no tracking and that I'd more than likely receive it next Tuesday! I'm so excited! Today is day ONE! Total ship time is exactly one week from the initial appointment.

I have had a great experience with HenryMeds on my weight loss journey. If I’ve had a question or concern they will alway answer my phone calls or e-mails.

I signed up for the weight loss program. The program is user friendly. I had my medical consultation and received my medication in the mail within 2 weeks. I lost 10 lbs the 1st month and 7 lbs the 2nd month. It works!

So far, HenryMeds has proven extremely easy to work with and demonstrated very responsive, courteous, respectful customer service. The only thing preventing me from rating them 5 stars is the compounding pharmacy that they've partnered with to provide my medication. The compounding pharmacy has taken an extraordinary long time to process my prescription, which is in large part due to a surge in demand. However, the pharmacy was not working their oldest backlogged orders first, which caused to wait much longer than many others whose orders were placed more recently.

I am editing my review because customer support was fantastic. They got me a new appointment immediately, I talked to the nicest doctor I’ve ever spoken with in my life. I am grateful for Henrys making it right so quickly.

Stephen was kind and fast helping me keep my online appointment. In a time where medical workers and support staff are burned out and no longer feel a sense of urgency to help anyone unless they are in critical condition, Henry Meds is a nice change. I will tell anyone looking for quality care to use Tele health with this company

I got my Rx and it works magnificently only thing I wasn’t satisfied with was they took a bit longer then anticipated but it was (UPS) not Henry meds, so I would definitely use this service again matter a fact I am!
