Charged me $299 for an eight minute phone appointment where I was told that they could not prescribe me the med. I was interested in because it is currently on a shortlist. The prices are different than what they list on the website. They would not refund my money. That’s called bait and switch.

UPDATE: In the response below they advise that the subscription needs to get "cancelled". I told the NP I wanted to stop the treatment plan I was on. I was immediately told all the steps I needed to take, I even asked questions about the charges at the time. At no point was I informed that this DID NOT constitute cancelling the subscription. But they were very quick to make sure to stop any shipments and any checkup emails immediately after, although, according to them, I still had a subscription. So please dont be fooled by the stock responses given to the negative reviews. Notice that the issues are never actually addressed. I also looked at many of the positive reviews, they are at the beginning and have not yet had the "opportunity" to be disappointed. Buyer Beware! Even if you decide to get off of medication you're on and stop getting "treatment" from them. They will continue to charge you every month without providing you any services or products. They also don't tell you that when you mention that you are stopping the treatments. They stop any follow ups and all shipments but they don't stop their relationship with your credit card. If you cancel your subscription you will not receive a refund for all the money they charged you while you not being provided with any telehealth services or medication. Make sure you cancel your subscription immediately if you don't want to pay for absolutely nothing once you are done with whatever "service" you are getting from them.

I started using Henry Meds in September. I was prescribed a medication and charged $149/month. The month of December they emailed me that I needed to schedule a follow-up appointment. I had no desire to continue use because the meds were not working. I assumed they would cancel my appointment since I did not schedule the appointment and the meds were not provided. I was still charged for December. I emailed them asking for a refund since I did not receive any services or medication and they stated they do not give refunds. I obliged and went to schedule an appointment and continue one more month since I already paid for it. No appointments were available until after I would be billed for the following month. I requested it be waived since there were no appointments until after they would bill me again and I already paid for the previous month. They refused. I was then emailed by who I assumed was a manager. I was kind and explained my situation and they simply did not care to rectify the situation even though I did not want to continue the service I respected the no-refund policy and suggested since they were unable to schedule me within the month I paid for, I not be charged for the following month. I was told they would not be able to help me and I could either cancel my subscription or be billed for the following month as well. I do not understand how they can charge patients without providing a service or product. I would also like to point out this is after it took the CSR 4 days to get back to me. I take responsibility for not completing my due diligence seeing that this company has an F rating on BBB. There are plenty more companies similar to this one, so choose another.

It's been 2 weeks since my consultation and my prescription was processed 5 days ago by the pharmacy but hasn't shipped. Still waiting. Unacceptable.

Just wasted $99 I had appointment today at 1/13/2025. I fill out the medical form before my appointment at it said that I was eligible for the medication I requested I got on the phone with the nurse practitioner and she denied my prescription these people got no regards so be careful they just out to taking your money and lying to you so be careful I will not recommend this place to no one.

The legitimacy of their oral medication is questionable in my view. I used their pill form semilglutide for seven months only to loose about ten pounds. Now mind you, this was after I had already lost 50 pounds on my own, drug free, the year prior. My weight loss had stalled, and I was looking for a helping hand to start loosing again. I think these drugs are meant to be injected and not taken orally. I don't think Henry Meds is being truthful in the effectiveness of the oral route of this medication they distribute. The ten pounds I lost was through my efforts, not their product. That being said, the people I dealt with at Henry Meds were very professional and their customer service was on point.

Henry meds is terrible. I used them for several months and thought they were great. Then they sent me a vial of meds (Semaglutide) that was bad. It made me extremely sick and I could not continue taking it. When I contacted them and asked for a refund of the unusable medication they sent me to different people and then refused to refund the meds saying I had agreed to pay, even though my agreement was for medication I could take. They have refused to refund my money.
