It came shipped quickly, I just wish they would send a notification ro tracker ahead of time. It was a cooled medication and I didn’t know it was coming since the company told me there would be a week delay. It came quickly, and I wasn’t home and it sat and got the medication got hot in the heat. I wish they would provide information on needle disposal, not sure what I’m supposed to do with the needles.

Getting an appointment with a Doc was easy and honestly happened faster than I expected it would. The video call with my Doc was informative, but I really should have taken notes - luckily the customer portal had the info I needed, so I had a mild panic, followed by a huge sigh of relief.
