The website is very easy to use. The Dr that did my intake was very pleasant. She made sure I knew everything about the med I would be taking. I fell like this is going to be a good outcome!

Henry Meds was charging me for products that I was not receiving. I was livid. I wrote an email demanding a refund. Jimmy responded. He was tactful, calm and quick to respond. Excellent customer service.

Great experience! I am coming from another provider because of cost! That being said Henry has gone above and beyond the other company the initial meeting I had was wonderful. She explained everything she was courteous, kind, thoughtful all the great things that make a nurse practitioner as good as they are. I’m really looking forward to my program with Henry.!

My first experience with Henry was an easy, no nonsense appointment. Did have to do an online intake form much like you would annually at your doctor's office just not as lengthy. I am a big fan of telecare, so this was just perfect for my busy schedule, had my consultation in my office early in the morning before my work day started. My PA was easy to talk to and got me through my appointment with all my questions answered. Will keep you updated on my experience.

Is bloodwork necessary for initial fill of meds? I have my reservations about blood drawing. Also, do you indicate the dosage on tirzepatide or do they?
