While every electronic functioning can be a problem in doing any business health wise or not, Henry Meds is the best in customer service support; they address your problem within a very few hours or immediately when you call. Anthony (Tony) who helped me went way above my expected service call. He stayed on the line with me patiently until my entire issue was resolved and he performed AAAAA. I wish I can get him all the time even though all the Reps perform highly too!

They are there for you
My NP was professional and courteous. She explained everything to me. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. Video conference was on time and very fast.

So far so good!!
Had my appointment yesterday. It was very easy to get the time and day that was best for me. Just got a notice that the meds have been shipped and where on the way. I was very successful with ozempic but couldn't keep up with the cost so I'm glad to have another option.
