Great Dr and customer service. I had questions before I made my first appointment. I called twice, both times they answered promptly, answered my questions and were kind and professional. Dr was on time, pleasant informative and listened well to me. I will definitely continue using them.

My experience has been absolutely phenomenal. The customer service went beyond " above and beyond ". I needed to use a different lab for bloodwork, and the agent was ON TOP of everything, including follow up calls just to make sure everything was PERFECT! My NP was a pleasure to speak with, very professional and intelligent. This morning I had an email from FedEx saying my meds have already shipped and instead of the 5-7 business days, it will be here in 2.5 days. If you're considering TRT or another health service, I cannot recommend Henry any higher.
