Shady business practices!
Signed up December 20th. Talked to provider on December 26th and specifically asked her what happens if I cannot take the medication. She said there is a 30 day guarantee. On December 17th the medication was shipped out. I received it on January 3rd. I was surprised that there were 2 months of meds sent at different doses. I had side effects on the lowest dose so I cancelled on January 13th. I assumed I would get a refund so I contacted Henry Meds today via e-mail and phone. They told me that they cancelled their 30 guarantee on January 1st. Obviously my provider did not know they were planning to do this. They said they informed their customers but I cannot find any related correspondence. They refuse to honor a refund. Response to Henry Meds. It would seem logical to ensure patients are aware that you are planning to discontinue the 30 day guarantee BEFORE you mail out the meds!! My provider was unaware of this and I did NOT receive an e-mail at any time informing me of this change in policy. I was also informed that the Henry Meds compliance department would be in touch with me. I have heard nothing from them. Again, very shady business practices!

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback. According to Henry Meds’ Terms of Service, refunds cannot be provided once medication has been shipped or services have been rendered, even if recent policy changes are in effect. Updates, including the discontinuation of the 30-day guarantee effective January 1st, are communicated to all patients via email.
