Simple customer service is excellent
Simple customer service is excellent. I've contacted Henry Meds on the phone four times, each time I've quickly gotten a person who helped quickly without delay. The person who did my initial consultation was terrific. Knowledgeable, personable, and to the point.

How Customer Service Should be Done
The level of customer service that Henry Meds has provided up to this point is far above what is considered “normal” for most businesses today. I’ve never experienced a more effortless process on my part when working with someone. It and the professionalism I’ve been shown is incredible and in less than a week, my treatment is on the way! Turnaround for questions is quick and I have to say again, Henry Meds has the process down to an art and you’d be a fool to look somewhere else for your TRT needs.

Amazing experience
I had an excellent experience with Henry Meds! The staff member I spoke with was wonderful, and the nurse practitioner I consulted was incredibly knowledgeable about my concerns. She had personally used a similar medication to what I was being prescribed, so she was able to offer great insights and practical advice. I also appreciated how quickly I could get an appointment, along with the helpful follow-up reminders to ensure I was prepared. From start to finish, the service was top-notch—far better than what I’ve experienced at my general practitioner’s office. Highly recommend!

Trustworthy providers and fast shipping always on time
Provider was nice and caring and explained everything throughly. I have used Henry Meds for other meds and they have always been helpful.processing is quick and shipping is as well.
