The televisit was great, but I’m still having login issues with the HenryMeds website. The help desk was helpful and friendly, but the issue remains unresolved at the moment.

Great experience however I have used Semaglutide in the past and was required to start at an extremely low dosage. I don’t feel like this was necessary.

Thank you for your review. As with any clinician visit, the provider exercises their medical training and experience to weigh the intended benefits of a medication with potential for side effects. All Henry Meds clients are encouraged to schedule a follow up appointment with their clinician for any questions or concerns.

The process to get started is super easy. Was able to purchase and get an appointment set up to talk to a provider. Took a week over the holidays to schedule then about 7-10 days to get the medication. All in all simple and straightforward. I haven't started yet as the medication is arriving today.

The staff are very helpful and quick to offer suggestions or workarounds if needed. Everything is fast. Service is great. Still struggling with making changes to the account such as switching email addresses to ensure timely communication as password reset has not been working as expected.

Very good website system and processes. A very attentive and well-trained provider. I am waiting to assure the efficacy of the compounded semaglutide vs. the name-brand Ozempic. I have been on the Ozempic for several months but my source had supply chain issues and I was concerned about continuity of care since it took about five (5) days to get an appointment. However, the pharmacy exceeded my expectation when I received my order within a few days.

I wish I would have received an email letting me know the meds would be arriving that day. I got home super late that day and just happened to go check for deliveries if I would have waited until the following day the meds would have been out all day and night long

Thank you for the review. The pharmacy sends them via UPS / FedEx, please check your email for an email from one of the above shippers as it is often filtered to spam. We do not send them automatically as we are not the originating shipper and don’t have that capability. We also recommend enrolling in UPS My Choice and FedEx's Delivery Manager. These services are complimentary. It provides the convenience of receiving email notifications with tracking details for any UPS/FedEx packages coming to your address.

Initially, there was a problem with my online answer to a question that could not be corrected by me or the Teledoc I met with. It took a couple of days to resolve (I was initially undercharged), but customer service was amazing! They responded to all my questions via email (as I requested) in a quick and friendly manner. I got the drug I wanted and the experience and results are great, so far!
