If I could I would give them 0 stars! This website is misleading and doesn’t provide you an accurate detail of what you’re signing up for. When I originally signed up, I thought I would pay a flat fee of $150 to receive one month prescription and the second refill 249, little to my knowledge, I was billed $249 a month and I was told “I signed up for a subscription” this is bullshit and they take advantage of their customers. They refuse to refund me even thought I didn’t even received more medication or had any appt for an status update . So in the end I paid $1249 and had zero results

I would give a zero star if that was an option! It was recommended that I try the oral semi-glutide which I actually gained wait while I was on it. I was then switched to the injection and did not have any significant weight loss. Instead of canceling I decided to pause my account through the holiday season and then decide how to proceed. I called 2 days after my “pause” expired to cancel and was told that my medicine had not shipped and my cancel would be processed. A few days/week later I received and email saying that my account was not cancelled because of a change in their policy effective January 1st. I was also charged the $297. I subsequently asked when my medicine was scheduled to delivered they told me that it wasn’t going to be delivered because I cancelled 😠 I have literally asked for this to be reviewed at least 4 times and every time it’s been denied. So Henry Meds charged me $297 for a product they had no intention of sending me.

They charged my card before I had an appointment or was even approved for medication. I canceled the appointment and they still charged my card. Refused to refund.

I was charged $99 on 1/15/25 . Appointment with a PA on the 1/18 and prescribed Phentermine. Still had not received my medication by 1/26/25 nor heard anything at all after calling and speaking to a representative who said she would email me with the information. I also emailed Henry meds twice to ask when I would receive my medication since I have to be home to sign for it but received no response. This is starting to look sketchy!!

Deceitful practices. They send your meds then double charge and keep charging every month even if you don't refill. They will not refund your money. Do not trust Henry Meds!!!! They double charged my daughter and I on at least 4 occassions. The most recent overcharge, they refused to refund and we did NOT receive the medication.

I have been a customer for over a year I don’t have any issues with their products. Currently going through some hardship so I decided to cancel temporarily my prescription until I can recover. Henry meds still had the nerve to withdraw $297 from my account as now Lee Ann in customer service is telling me I don’t qualify for reimbursement Henry Meds literally withdrew $297 from my account. I have been a loyal customer for over a year always paid my prescription on time and this is how a loyal customer is treated., never been more disappointed ,

100% a scam. I found out i was being under dosed for 8 months then told i hadn’t completed a payment on a medicine i had not taken since july of 24. Then i get shorted 1 vial of terzepatide. The charge was waved. Now they are telling me i have to pay this and that. Wrong. They are not honest people and the drug provided is below industry standard. Do not waste your money. They are scam artists. All of their customer support is in india and then bully you on the phone with bs policies. Attorney general and lawyer have been contacted now What henry meds fails to add in this reponse is that the fee was waived for the terzepatide because i was shorted a vial and was out at the end of december. What they also forget it that i was switched to the terzepatide at the end of my semaglutide script therefore i would have no leftover debt on anything. What they refuse is to accept responsibility for their actions and inactions. It’s fun t when a comoany accuses you of being a liae after spending THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WITH THEM. I supplied money in good faith to this company and they refuse to uphold their end of the contract. But no matter, this will all come out in discovery by the attorney general and my lawyer. Quit deleting my Facebook review if you did nothing wrong henry meds.
