They dropped the ball with a doctors order for a treatment that was prescribed by the doctor. It took almost a month to get fixed hours and hours on the phone. Several rude customer service employees telling me I should just cancel if I wasn’t happy. They refused me access to the physician so I could make sure things were done correctly. Their health coordinators never call back and cannot follow simple directions. I would’ve canceled if I knew my body would go back to producing testosterone on its own like it did before .

Do not waste your time or money! They sign you up for a auto subscription that they don't stand by. They never send out your medication you have to call they a millions to get them to send your medication out and then when they do its wrong. when you call them to complain they offer you a credit but they will only allow you to use it if you continue to use their services. They charged me for 4 months of medication and I only received 3 and when I asked for a refund they told me they are a subscription based company and they do not offer refunds. per their website included in the subscription you get " Includes the cost of medication, shipping, and access to healthcare providers." I didn't receive any of those thing the last month and they refused to return my money. save yourself the hassle go somewhere else.

I tried Semiglutide and lost a fair amount of weight. Over time, however, Henry meds was so disorganized and unhelpful I had to leave. I am working full time. I waited >30 minutes for a provider who never showed. I was sent a medication package with only syringes and alcohol wipes. They take an INSANE amount of time to send your meds- which requires refrigeration so you have put your life on hold for weeks. My most recent order came frozen solid. I sent a picture of the frozen, unopened vial. They wanted money to replace it. They are now asking for $594 + $297 for me to come back. Alternatives: Ro, Hers, lifeMD, Alan meds, Eden, Ageless Rx etc. anything but Henry. Update: HenryMeds offered a public response which sounds concerned and apologetic. However, they have not contacted me nor offered any solution to my issue. They don’t care about you.

I just received my lab order. I will be out of Meds on Friday 02-07-2025 - Soonest I can get to lad is Thursday 02-06-25. That leaves you 5 days to receive labs, and get me my meds. You will need to overnight them.

I joined Dec 31, 2024, and they charged my card. Blood work collected Jan 24, 2025. Results came in and on Jan 28, my card was charged again. Had telemedicine appt on 2-1-25. Two charges and no supplies yet. The next billing date is 2-28. At this rate, they will have collected THREE payments from me and only sent me one month of supplies.

Signed up with Henry Meds in December 2024, met with the nurse Practitioner and prescribed medication. I received the medication with 2 refills. I was charged $150 for the second month and no refill sent. I have contacted support numerous times and every time I receive a message back stating my refill will be expedited. To this day no refill has been processed. I finished my first month over a week ago now. Anyone considering using this please beware! I'm at a point where I'm ready to consult legal action. This has been an awful experience and I am beyond frustrated.

This is a total scam. Be careful. If you sign up to get more information, they’ll require a credit card to hold your appointment and then charge you even if you don’t wish to proceed. It’s $300 charge and they will not refund you and then when you go to cancel the reoccurring charge, they do not automatically cancel it. They will continue to charge until you talk to one of their sales teams reps to officially cancel subscription. They should be put out of business. This is criminal.

Scammy company that is not upfront with pricing and will try not to refund you if you have a severe allergic reaction. Also they gave my friend who is basically anorexic Semaglutide for weight loss. They only care about pushing drugs. As a reply to the company's comment. You cancelled the subscription not me. Again just bad and misleading practices.
