No delivery the entire month of January but still got billed for it. No one ever called me back to tell me if I was going to be reimbursed for that payment but they both promised they would.

This company is a scam. They’ll send the product but then they continue to charge every month even after you tell them to pause or cancel. Every 3 months I talk to a nurse who convinces me to pay more to increase my dose since it doesn’t work and I’m gaining weight. It doesn’t work and they’ll continue to charge you every month even after you tell them to stop and they will not issue a refund because it’s a “subscription”. A subscription for what? No product and no service? I paid for 3 months of product and after 3 months is done they won’t send you anything but they will continue to charge you anyway. I told a nurse that I didn’t want a refill on my prescription and I wanted to pause or cancel since it wasn’t working and they charged me anyway for NOTHING and won’t refund. I can’t believe I fell for this scam.

My bank account was charged on January 28 and as of February 11 no meds have been shipped and no information is on my account. Therefore I contacted support and they just said they have 5 to 7 business days to ship and I would get my meds in time before I ran out and that is not the case so I think they’re shipping is a little lacking and it makes me feel as though maybe this might be a scam after all.

This company is bunk. Very unhelpful. Very unsatisfied

Beware! Misleading website/company, this one needs stricter regulation and should be shut down. It was the most unprofessional and unpleasant experience I’ve ever had with a company. There were too many issues to even list. They protect themselves with their own rules and policies, but I’m surprised there hasn’t been a class action lawsuit yet. I think it’s only a matter of time. It's sad they are taking advantage of people.

Refund never given

Beware of the small print. After 3 months of using the medicine, I decided it was not for me. I was being charged in 3 intervals for the 3 month medicine that I received, but because I did not cancel, I was continued to be charged. I see that someone was only charged $49/month for a subscription fee? I was charged $297. Terrible customer service and they do not reiterate that you need to cancel otherwise they will continue to charge you.

While this company might seem great to get started with, please note what they do not tell you is if you do not renew your 3 month med supply and do not cancel, you will be charged a "subscription fee" of $49/month. I had zero idea I was being charged this amount for 6 months! After calling their customer service line, they were of no help and denied my request for a refund. They are not forth coming with this information during your first call or during your consultation with the doctor. DO NOT use this company! There are other companies that offer the same service without the hidden fees. This cost me $343 with nothing in return. What a fraud!
