My doctor seemed to have the answers but she went way too fast! I could barely grasp what she was saying so then I grabbed pen and paper to try to write it down! But even then she was too fast for me. Other than that, no complaints.

The physician listened to my past dieting experiences and explained the program to me in detail.

Joseph was very nice, informative, and professional. He answered my questions fully. This was my first experience as I am just starting. I will receive my first shipment next week.

Very organized & medicine came very quickly. Just could not FaceTime connect with with provider due to technical difficulties which was a little disappointing.

My package just arrived today, so it's a little early to rate 5 stars! But I am very happy about the Fedex updates. They were helpful and accurate. The package was prepared extremely carefully, no damages at all. I am looking forward to beginning the program.

Good but long wait for meds

Update: I never heard back from them, but the supply had been shipped and I received it the day after I left the review below. I believe they changed my billing, too, so I've been able to edit the rating! However, it's all still a mystery to me because no one ever emailed or called me to follow up:) I am so very saddened to write a less than stellar review because the two interactions I have had with providers have been great. My first interaction was with a NP provider, and she was great! My next interaction was with a customer service provider, and he was great too. However, I paid my monthly fee three weeks ago, and STILL have not received shipping notification. Nor have I heard back from customer service about crediting the $300 of "wait time." Sadly. Which makes me wonder if I'm being scammed? There seem to be a LOT of customers who haven't been scammed and who have had a great experience so I'm hopeful this will get cleared up and I will have both my medication and a credit for all this un-planned-for waiting.
