so far so good but I just found out that I cannot use HSA FSA to pay for my shot when other companies will allow it. Hoping this will change soon.

I just renewed my 3 month. Dr. Pedersen was great and made the renewal simple, fast and easy. I've lost over 20 lbs. since I started, and I have more energy and, for me, no nasty side effects. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the shipping was not consistent through my first 3 months, so I'd run out of my medication and have to wait for the mail. I'm not sure why they wouldn't express it to keep the prescription consistent and on time. Hopefully, this time around, that'll be better.

Overall experience has been great. My only complaint is my injectable medication did not come with instructions on injections. I couldn't find any info on their website either (but maybe I missed it). I ended up having to look up some guides from other companies on YouTube.

My experience was that it took three times for me to finally get my face-to-face telehealth. Even though I clicked on a link twice before. It was put off more than a month in total. And now I’ve been waiting for quite some time for my medication be delivered when the practitioner said it will be 4 to 5 days. And I would also love a notification to know when my next telehealth appointment will be And a confirmation of when my first medication delivery will arrive. Thank you very much!
