I had an online conference with Dr Davis which always goes well. I really like her. But l haven't received any notice about prescription refills and when they will arrive

I have been on the capsules for always…
I have been on the capsules for always because the tablets make me sick. My prescription was filled with tablets now I’m stuck taking these nasty pills.

The clinical experience has been good
The clinical experience has been good, but it takes two weeks for the pharmacy to process an order before they ship it and in the meantime, I run out of medication. This is not acceptable when you pay for a monthly service to now I have medication for half of the month.

I had to follow up before my Rx was…
I had to follow up before my Rx was sent to be filled. I had a Zoom call with the PA on June 18th. She indicated I should have my Rx by Friday June 20th. When I called today 6/23 my RX had not been sent anywhere to be filled. It was the team members I spoke to on 6/23 that got everything moving.

Severely disappointed that my treatment…
Severely disappointed that my treatment needed to change due to medication not being available anymore. The doctor was helpful in suggesting alternative treatment medication.

My doctor has been great, but shipping / processing can take a while. I ran out of pills, waiting for my shipment and I'm still waiting.
