Additional info required I…
Because of pre-existing condition I have to get further support from doctors to say this tx is ok. I know it’s for the best but a little disappointing to me personally. I’m anxious to get going!

As with any clinician visit, the provider exercises their medical training and experience to weigh the intended benefits of a medication with potential for side effects. In some cases that may mean not prescribing medication, or requesting further information prior to prescribing medication. Client safety and health outcomes are our primary concern.

The meeting went well and a prescription was approved. I had my appointment last Monday Jan 8th and I have not received any additional information when to expect my medication. That’s my only complaint.

Easy
Easy. I did have to pay before getting an appt but I did get one within a week and my appointment went well. I'm still waiting on delivery of my meds

Very pleased with my NP visit
Very pleased with my NP visit, she was knowledgable and kind- and so far so good with medication and weight loss. Two things that would really make me feel better: getting a tracking number when my meds ship and scheduling the next visit at the time of the first so I know there is a plan for that and to make sure I won't run out of medication.

Thank you for sharing your experience! The pharmacy sends the tracking information via UPS / FedEx / USPS, please check your email for an email from one of the above shippers as it is often filtered to spam. We do not send them automatically as we are not the originating shipper and don’t have that capability. We ensure to start the follow-up process prior to your refill date to avoid any potential lapse in treatment. About a month before a current supply runs out an email with a follow-up form goes out. Once it’s filled out the person can schedule a follow-up appointment or ask that the form is reviewed asynchronously (of course if the provider needs to, they may ask to do a traditional follow-up video call after reviewing the form). For any questions or concerns, our client support team is always happy to assist at [email protected]
