Charged $249 to apply. Immediate response denied me eligibility. No reason given. I finally found in the FAQs that I was over their age limit. Received call asking why I didn’t continue.They said age could be worked around. Really? Now that I’ve been accepted elsewhere? Of course there is no refund. Stay away!

I pd. $ upfront, only to learn several days later that I was not eligible for the service I sought. Now, I have to wait for an unspecified time period for my refund. Bad Business with deceitful practices.

I would give Henry meds 0 stars if possible. Worse company ever. They will steal your money and then claim they don't offer refunds. They will charge you before you qualify and offer credit for something that they you don't qualify for. How does that make any sense? And beware they will charge you after you cancel your plan with them.

AVOID! They don’t send the refills, and charge you an extortionate amount every month without contacting you to let you know they are taking payment. You end up paying for months with no medication and then they refuse to refund you because apparently it’s in their terms and conditions. APPALLING!

Terrible customer service. Paid monthly subscription and platform fee simultaneously . Tried an oral medication and was completely dissatisfied, so I switched only after one month back to the injectable. Henry Meds would not consider refunding the oral, instead they have increased my fees not honoring my original premium for the injectable. They made a mistake charging a platform fee along with the monthly subscription and rather than take responsibility they have decided to make the customer pay. Very bad business practices!!

Worst experience. They don't mind wasting your time but they sure will take your money! Tried to sign up for testosterone treatment but they rejected my first blood work due to it being too late in the day. Small little writing on paperwork says recommended before 9am. Had to make another appointment 3 weeks out to get an appointment before 9 am. When I get there they said they don't do labs on that day for Henry meds and I would need to make another appointment. Nowhere on either websites Henry meds and labs state that this is the case. While I was waiting the 3 weeks they charged me the monthly service charge $129. Now I'm in over 250 dollars with nothing to show for except wasting my time. Now I am trying to get my money back and that seems like it's going to be a battle. Not worth the headache to do business with especially when there are other better and cheaper options.
