DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!! They will continue to charge your bank account even when you don’t renew. If you order 3 months of medication, they will continue to charge you each month. They will not refund you. THIS IS A SCAM. THE MEDICATIONS DO NOT WORK!!!!

This place is crap these pills are sugar pills . I tried them for almost 3 months and never lost a pound! Fake then try and get your money back.. nope.. try and stop them from auto charging you nope… stay away!

I have been very happy with the company & Dr's until I recently was no longer able to afford the process. The rolling subscription had pulled the next 3 month block payment and due to changes in policy the company was not able to refund me. Where I am disappointed is I said I understood and asked if the product I had paid for could be shipped to me. I was told absolutely not because they would not split the 3month shipment up and the only option I had was to continue and pay the next two months and then I could receive the product and cancel. I did explain that I could no longer afford the product and that was the reason for cancelation but this did not matter. An unfortunate learning lesson but I do believe this is truly poor customer service on the company part.

Beware their cancellation policy as they will continue to charge your card for months despite never sending any product and having cancelled via e-mail. the company's refusual to refund these charges is a clear case of unfair business practice..take your business somewhere with more integrity and respect for their clients.

I normally do not write reviews, but my experience was so bad with Henry that I feel other potential customers need to be warned. I'll aim to keep it brief: - I have taken Semiglutide previously and had a great experience - it helped me lose 30 lbs and quit drinking - In the Fall of 2024, I wanted assistance losing a little more weight and had read positive reviews of Henry so I signed up (clinical staff are kind and thorough, the technology is easy to use) - I received my Semiglutide and began following the treatment protocol. - Since I had previously taken Semiglutide, I had a general idea of what to expect throughout the process. However, the medicine that was provided by Henry had no effect - no reduction in appetite or any of the other anticipated effects. - I contacted Henry mid-treatment cycle and they recommended that I increase the dosage. - I upped the dosage and continued with the full treatment with no outcome. I became concerned that I had a bad batch - even assumed that they may have sent me water in the vial vs what was expected - I reached out to Henry with my concerns. They connected with me to a provider who said that they have had issues with compounding pharmacies and asked if I would be willing to try again with another pharmacy. This time the Semiglutide would contain B12. I agreed to trying another pharmacy and Henry offered a $30 rebate toward the renewal. - Again, the Semiglutide was ineffective - I contacted Henry to let them know and ask for a full refund due to two rounds of ineffective treatment. They declined to offer a refund. - I then logged into my credit card app and noticed that they charged me again during the cancellation process I feel that I have to warn potential consumers. While customer service was responsive and easy to work with, my concern is with the medication being provided. After two rounds of ineffective treatment, I can say that I do not trust Henry Meds. The final nail was the charge on my CC during the cancelation process.

Really horrible experience with Henry Meds. They tried to charge me almost $400 for my second month. After trying for 5 days to explain how I was being overcharged (via phone and email), I finally ended up asking to cancel. They would not even refund the $200 I had just been charged even though no medication was received. Feels very fraudulent. Plus the medications don’t work. Research BBB and Reddit threads..there’s a common comment of their meds not working and inaccurate pricing. Very frustrating experience. Don’t waste your money or time.

This is one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with in terms of customer service. Their products are great, and their prices are very good for what they provide. However, Their shipping and handling process is terrible. I am taking testosterone, which is a time sensitive medication and it needs to be administered weekly without missing doses. They have delayed me two times in a row now, resolving in two week delays on my medications. both times I have called to check up, they have not even sent the med out yet. So basically if you want your medication on time, you need to call them and remind them. This is terrible business practice, and would never fly in the real world of medication management. This is not coming just from an angry customer, But I am a nurse practitioner. If this Sort of delay happened in my line of work, I would be fired by now. If you can, stay away from this company. Unless you absolutely have no other option.

I took Henry Meds compound for 6 months - they bill you monthly, but send medication in a 3 month supply. At the end of my 6th month, meaning I am paid in full for that 3 month supply, I did not take my intake form or complete the forms needed to get anymore medication. I was told that in order to receive the medication, I needed to do the forms. Any person would believe that not doing their forms, and therefore not receiving any medication, would result in no further billing. Well, they still billed me for another month. I called their customer service, spoke to a rep who said sorry, no refunds. I then spoke to a supervisor who told me that even if I didn't do the intake forms, to renew my medication, that I would be charged monthly and indefinitely until I canceled. No refunds, no exceptions. Extremely predatory business practices, no willingness to work with a client, very poor customer service. The supervisor said that the monthly fee is a subscription, for the medication and their services. I asked for a breakdown of what the medication costs and what percentage of their services make up the monthly charge, and she said that there is no breakdown. How can I be charged for medication I will never receive? Do not get your medication through Henry Meds. There are much better, safer and cheaper places out there which will provide legitimate services and real customer service.
