The call was on time, short and concise, PA was friendly and explained things to a T.

So far. 2 weeks in. 12 pounds down. i felt a little fuzzy and tired a few times. some stomach cramps. the thought of eating makes me want to barf. i do eat some, but i try proteins. works good. The key seems to be just sticking to it and realize not to over eat. just until you feel barely full and then stop. I would say it works. i am surprised. and happy

Everything about the phone call was great I didn't like the news that it was going to take 7 to 10 days to get the medicine. I would have thought that it could have been a next day shipment. Once you pull the trigger to ask for help and to start a program it is not fun to wait.

The appointment went fast but informative.

So far the telehealth visit was fine..the practitioner squeezed me in because I was late and I appreciate that. I have not however had any further communication or update on my next steps/shipping so it's left me a little uneasy. Have I missed something?

My first provider that I had for my initial inquiry, felt very rushed and uninterested. I mentioned that I was on the fence between semiglutide and tirzepatide but ended up choosing semiglutide. he informed me that if I had more questions or want to call the customer service line that they are nurses and can help me change to the other medicine and answer any questions. After a little bit, I decided to call the customer service line and was informed that they are not nurses and can set me up with another appointment with the same provider or a different provider. The customer service line was very helpful in trying to answer what they can however. So I set up an appointment with a different provider for the same evening. She was amazing! Very helpful and knowledgeable and patient and took the time to really explain the difference between the two medicines, how they work, so that I could make a better decision based on my goals. She was very sweet and felt experienced working with clients. She definitely enhanced and changed my perspective on the quality of the doctors that Henry Meds use. I felt more confident in switching to tirzepatide after speaking with her. I do think the first provider gives you that “rushed in and out” doctor visit feel. my second provider definitely felt like a great quality experience.

My meeting with my care provides was very good. She was thorough, very informative, helpful and friendly but I can’t find a way to track the delivery of the prescription. That is my only issue.
