Get help literally anywhere else. This company just wants your money and will do everything they can to keep you on the hook to keep you subscribed and offer nothing in return when they can't or won't help you.

Very long waits between refills. Have not had my meds in two weeks. Throws everything off, hormones should be more constant. Fail at every level

My prescription refill is always late, resulting in a lapse in medication

Back in January I joined a program that cost 150$ a month , no problem there. However, after the first dose was used I had side effects that warranted a trip the ER. I then attempted to cancel on the website. For whatever reason it does not make the cancellation instant, instead it says “a member of our team will reach out to complete the cancellation”. I never heard back. There were no emails , calls , or voicemails. Fast forward two months to March I find out I was charged in February and March 150$ each. In this process I have received one vial of medication and charged for 2 months I didn’t want. Once I saw I was charged in March I redid the cancellation on the website. This time I received a response after messaging the email address in the website multiple times. They claim no attempt was made in February. I can assure you it was, my experience with the medication was extremely negative. I want my money back, it’s that’s simple. I attempted to cancel way back in the first week of February.

A disgusting company. They have downright stolen my money and have refused to refund me and or give me the supplies for the money they took.

Make sure you call to cancel if you are not refilling your meds. They will still charge you even though they are not sending out your orders.

After 14 weeks on oral semaglutide I have lost zero pounds. I was on the injectable kind last year through a med spa and I lost 1 lb per week for a total of 15 lb. I had to get off them because the nausea was to severe. Is that Henry meds is selling is a total gimmick. A sugar/mint pill. Don't waste your money
