Canceled my subscription the second week taking meds. I had major side effects and advised Henry Meds. They ignored my request to cancel and sent more meds and still have not refunded my 149.00 they took from my account after cancellation. Speaking to CS is not helpful and no one returns a call as they promise to do. I will have to dispute the charge with my bank. Don't use....

I am currently a new patient with Henrymeds, although my visit went great , I am not happy with the customer service and help with treatment. I've started my appointments & treatment late February, I've yet to recieve any prescription ive been waiting weeks already , with no update or improvement, no explanation for the delay as a patient im highly dissatisfied, meanwhile im still getting charged for treatment i don't have

Charged me the full amount after offering me $100 off. I called to reverse the charge and they would not refund me. They said credit only when they took my money! I appealed and I never heard from themm again

Scammers!! Once they have your credit card they continue to bill you even when you call to cancel. I called to get information and they immediately started billing me despite calling and never talking to anyone or receiving product. Now I'm reporting them to the Attorbey Generals Office and the Better Business bureau. DON'T USE THEM!!

So far very poor. Extremely slow to deliver, extremely quick to take your money. On my second month, ran out over a week ago and no sign of my next delivery even though I paid for back three weeks ago. I now have at least a two week gap in treatment which is not good. If they can sort their delivery issues and poor service I’ll change the review but for now I would go elsewhere. Other places are more expensive, but they deliver on time.

I am a physician and the care I received at the first visit was awful. The provider barely asked any questions about my concerns, dismissed my concerns and treated me like a number as far as just getting the appointment over with. This company is just another pop up that is trying to ride the Ozempic wave to make a quick buck. They do not want to provide good care, just overpriced, mail order weight loss drugs. Once you are signed up, unless you cancel your membership, they keep charging you even if you don't do visits or receive any medication.

Wow, medication I recieved was of a really poor quality. The so-called nurses appear to be just phone tela-staff. 90% of the contact is via AI or Bot. Any issues, Henry Meds turns into hard core credit collectors. Just know, your not signing a legal contract and can end your medication anytime without legal issues. If they try to bill your credit card company without approval for reoccurring purchase ' report Henry Meds for billing fraud'. Contact the FDA and CA Attorney General report Henry Meds for hard core sales tactics, harassment, and billing fraud. Real healthcare programs don't insist you pay for treatment that's not working or bad batchs of medication they send out. Ethically, you might be responsible for billing adjustment for what you purchased. A real healthcare program is not allowed to re-bill.
