The doctor was kind and sensitive to my concerns. She asked all the right questions and answered all of mine. The only thing that would have made the experience better was to have the visit last a little longer.

I was introduced to this company by my neighbor, but did a ton of research ahead of time before signing on officially the week before Christmas. I was super pleased to have my consult with the nurse practitioner and then receive the medication two days later (shout out to Veronica Marshall who has been lovely to deal with). The only real downside I have found is that they are a bit slow to respond to emails (likely because January is crazy everywhere for anything having to do with weight loss), and phone wait times can be long, or they have you leave a phone number, which doesn't always get the response that you are promised. I would love to see them adjust their website so that you can make your appointment online with your preferred nurse practitioner, or be able to cancel an appointment or reschedule without having to call or email. Make sure you do your own due diligence. There are lots of companies that offer this same service, but some of them have horrible reviews. Overall, I am starting to see a few results, but things are a bit slow, mainly because my body LOVES to go into famine mode and hold onto every little fat cell it possibly can. I have really had no issues to speak of, other than I would love to see their website allow for more services rather than having to call or email. Aside from that, I am a super happy customer!

The nurse practitioner was great. Answered questions, and was patient. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because of the appointment time. They were 30 min late to my zoom appointment but once she was on she answered all my questions and gave clear instructions on the next steps.
