three out of did not work the first one work they were in my refrigerator. please help

Alot of misinformation given to me at my first appointment. Still waiting to receive my medication , apparently it takes two weeks to get your medication. Definitely do not recommend Hebry Meds. I will not refer anybody.

If you fill out the form to get started, you will automatically be charged. Even if you don't keep the appointment and decide not to pursue medication, you will be charged. No services were provided, but Henry Meds refuses to refund me $249. They will also no longer respond to my emails or phone calls.

100% Avoid! The medication didn’t work. And they stopped sending me medication out of nowhere and said it was a mistake. I then asked for a refund or 2 treatments to catch up and they refused. When I tried to cancel they didn’t submit my request or follow up with a confirmation.

After being charged multiple times for a subscription for medication that I did not receive I reached out to resolve the issue. I had to repeat my issue multiple times to get answers. The person I chatted with also acted like it was my fault I had not received my medication for not filling out a form that I never received. No one at Henry Meds reached out to me to inform me if this, but that continually charged me. Henry Meds is terrible at communication and customer service. Once I receive the medication that I was already charged for I will not be using their services anymore.

I canceled my subscription the same day they took out my monthly payment! Needless to say they would not refund me or send me the meds I paid for.

Update 4/1 my previous review was after my online visit however after being approved over a week ago I have yet to see my prescription be filled or shipped. I have chatted multiple times and keep getting the run around first it was 5 business days now it’s 7 to 10 this is horrible customer service for the price I’m paying. Will be cancelling my subscription after this issue is resolved. Review 3/25 Great experience glad I took the chance and tried

Constantly poor performance and customer service. Long wait times for blood tests and consultations. Refill prescriptions take way longer than they should or are missed causing long times without the medication you need. I would not recommend using this service to anyone.
