I did a lot of research and was concerned about when I'd receive my delivery. I read a bunch of comments with folks who had to wait a long time. I made my appointment on Feb 14 saw my provider on the 19th and received my medication today the 22nd. Over all this was an easy process and during the televisit my provider answered my questions and told me to eat a lot more protein, must hydrate, and talked about the possible gastro side effects. After 30 days you are commiting to a 3 month dose/plan which is $900 total broken up in $300 monthly payments. If I can lose 20-30lbs I see it's worth it. Putting 4 stars for now and will update in a couple weeks.

Ms Hassan was very helpful and explained some issues to me that I was not aware of. She offered me a solution and hopefully I will be able to start anew in a few months on actually losing some weight. I did not give 5 stars because I am disappointed (in myself, mostly) that I have to wait 3 more months, but I understand the process and appreciate the care that she is taking with my health and progress; I appreciate her so much!

It took a little while to get my medication after I ran out (nausea meds) but the visit with the NP was great and very helpful

Just had my initial appointment last week. It went well. Just waiting to see how long it'll take to get my meds.

Alyson is top-notch and very knowledgeable. she didn't rush me and gave me great feedback. I found her very trustworthy.

The provider was kind and helpful. The only thing I disliked was when she told me the main side effect was nausea, and they provide a prescription for that, which is great, but they will not refill the nausea prescription. If it is bad enough to warrant a prescription in the first place, wouldn’t they want to continue keeping their patients comfortable to continue using the medication? It makes me think they are potentially cutting corners elsewhere. We will see when my supplies come in.
