The physician I spoke with was caring, professional and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and even got back to me with a question regarding shipping within a half hour. I was given excellent customer service and would recommend them to family and friends!!

Customer service has been slowly disappearing as an art. Henry Meds has brought it back. In starting and continuing my weight loss regime, I have had many contacts with many folks at Henry Meds. Although all of the contacts were pleasant and helpful, I was helped and blown away by the follow up by Katie. She made promised to call and kept them. She followed up with providers and pharmacies on my behalf. She returned emails and gave suggestions on how to proceed but leaving all decision making to myself. Frankly, in my 73 years, I have not encountered a more effective, compassionate, caring, and successful customer service representative. She is a model of efficiency and effectiveness. Couldn't ask for more. Well done, Henry Meds, for employing such a gem.
