Warning-They are very slow
*Update- it’s now been over 9 full business days since my initial appointment and my order is still not in progress. Extremely disappointed in this site and am quickly believing this is a scam. I’m really disappointed by how long it’s taking to process my prescription. I had my meeting over a week ago and my order doesn’t even show in process yet. I reached out to customer service and was told they are so backlogged it could be up to two weeks before anything ships.

WARNING
WARNING! I quit getting medication 6 months ago and they keep billing me $297 a month. I've called three times and have emailed. They tell me they are going to quit billing, but don't. I don't know what to do. I am disputing with my credit card company. WARNING!!

SCAM COMPANY ONLY 150 REVIEWS ARE VERIFIED REVIEWS
Having been on Trizepatide for 6/7 months @ 15 I was looking for a more affordable option. After alot of research I decided on Henry Meds but bou, I wish I hadn't. The onboarding process was torture, nothing uploaded despite getting emails to say they had it. Several calls later they managed to see it was all there and had to upload things manually. From day one, i challenged their schedule for myself and even uploaded my current prescription, but I was ignored and lied to. Our compound is stronger than every one elses, LIE. We cannot prescribe off a schedule, LIE. I had paid a year upfront and would have been out of medication in half that time. It was all down to COST. I had to end up refusing shipment as it was the only way they would listen to me. I now await to see if I will get my money back without hassle. Please beware of this scam. If you are new to GLP you will be fine but anyone transferring you are screwed!

The service was excellent
The service was excellent, but it takes quite a while to receive your first order. I had my telehealth call on April 2nd, and it only shows that the pharmacy has my order. There's no update on when it will be shipped.

So far my experience with this group…
So far my experience with this group is, quick to charge, the slowest in the world at processing a prescription ( which shows they care not for the health of their clients). It’s does no good in life for a prescription to take 2 weeks to process and a month to get shipped! Needless to say very disappointed stay away from this bunch!

The end on an era
The company introduced a hostile refund policy to grab more cash from patients. On top of that they laid off 240 people yesterday, so I'd think twice about keeping your subscription.
