Excellent! From early communications to delivery I'd say 5 star! I was with Henry Meds for 2 years then stopped for about a year after a bilk order and then signed back up again with zero hassle or issues. thank you Henry Meds.

As a Critical Care Nurse, I was very hesitant, after extensive research and verification, my wife and I both started with Henry's. My wife lost right around 40lbs and has kept it off, I lost 30 plus, however due to some scheduled surgeries, which I had to stop the medication, every time I started back up it was it was like walking back into my doctors office and saying okay how do we start therapy again. All along the way I was able to make video chat appointments with my Practitioner anytime I needed. Henrys is not one of these online companies where you can not understand any of its employees or customer service reps, due to bad overseas phone connections that are exacerbated by foreign accents, or the only communication is only done thru cell phone apps only? I’ve used Henry vs Meds for weight loss and feel confident in their care. I had surgery so took a long break, but am back on it again. It has been successful for me and I’ve lost over 30 pounds so far. I do keep the anti nausea pills in the cabinet and use them once in a while. Thanks for making my life better with a safe weight loss.

I had a 15 min phone con with Asia, the PA, today. I had canceled several times before because I was afraid that my issue would not be understood. But...I finally went through with it today and Asia was very understanding. She explained the difference in medications (which I did not understand before) and she made me feel a sense of relief. My prescription is on its way now and I am so very happy. Thank you Asia and Henry Meds for helping me to feel a sense of relief and better about my current situation.

Very friendly and listened and cared about what I had to say, kept me up to date on my medication and it’s arrival, and when I’ll need to put in for my refill to have in in time so there is no interruption. The medication itself vs other weight loss medication I’ve taken I prefer generic meds because it has given me the weight loss and helps me with maintaining energy where others didn’t.
