After a bad experience with Medivi I'm trying Henry. I prefer the oral meds. It's taken longer to get the meds with Henry but my experience so far is much better. I never met with a provider or had any follow up emails from MediVi. Already I feel more supported in this journey.

It was loaded with information that I have difficulty recalling. It would be helpful to have a written document with the details

I was happy with the process but it did take a week and a half to get an available virtual appointment. There was some confusion on the time of the appointment as well. I was left a message that I missed my appointment but I didn’t as I am in central time and at a different time. All went well after that was sorted out.

Do the technical issues we were not able to connect via your portal. Also I made an appointment to see my regular NO but somehow, probably my fault, we did not show as having a consult. My time with her replacement went well.

I really don’t like emails or txt I rather speak to a representative on the phone . So I can clearly explain myself. I’m 60 yrs old and the email txt responding doesn’t work for me

Great experience. The only issue was waiting 5 days for seeing the doctor. Other than that i am impressed

Update Rep for Henry meds reached out and refunded the one month back to me, they did not ask anything of me and apologized for everything 5 stars for the doctors, 5 stars for the med, 5 stars for nick from Henry meds. 3 star for customer service dept, 3 stars billing dept. Original review I have been a customer for about two years. I have no complaints about the doctors or the medicine itself. I ended up canceling with them because of the problems I have had with there billing department. I have emails from one employee stating one thing, then I have another employee telling me first employee was wrong and we will not honor what that employee said. I was told I was paid off for all the medication. Three payments equals the payoff for the medication. Then I get charged from the company. I reach out and another employee tells me that I still owe two months more and there is nothing I can do. Long story short, I would not trust them with my credit card info. I did like all the doctors. I’ve lost 60lbs on the medication. Just this situation put a sour taste in my mouth being told one thing and not honoring it
