Had an Appt. on 6/27/25 and still havn't received my prescription
well had an appt. on 6/27/2025 with Viktoriya Kashin,FNP and it went very well. Approved for Phentermine and paid for it and as od JULY 8,2025 it still hasn't shipped. how long do you I have to wait to get this started?

After second visit rquired to continue…
After second visit rquired to continue medication, there is a laps of 2 weeks on average for your new prescription to arrive. They need to improve this process as to not have patients off of thier medication for that long between appointments.

They got my test results wrong two…
They got my test results wrong two times. They didn't test all that was supposed to be tested.

Too busy to make an appointment with me…
Too busy to make an appointment with me that it’s my schedule and it took them three months to even get an appointment with me to go have my test checked

The initial visit was ok
The initial visit was ok. Nurse was 7 mins late but she was sweet. I did feel rushed. My concern now is the shipping and looking at the reviews it seems to be an issue that’s currently happening. I’ll allow 10 to 14 days but if the prescription hasn’t been received by then I’ll cancel the card used. I don’t like dishonest companies and I wish I would have read the reviews before hand because I NEVER would have been ordered from this company. Even people on tictok are having the same issues with Henry Meds. Wow Buyer Beware

The initial process of getting started…
The initial process of getting started is solid but nothing beyond typical telemedicine. Pay the money, meet with a doc to answer some questions. They have a kit or order sent for bloodwork. That’s when things slow down intensely. Did the kit the next day, sent it back, waited. Results in, schedule follow up, waited (first appt was weeks away). Confirmed next steps to get TRT going and Rx sent in, waiting. It’s a monthly service that I haven’t actually gotten anything from yet. I’m sure it’ll get going soon but don’t expect your first month to be anything but waiting.

I like the ease of the process but the…
I like the ease of the process but the post labs appointment was days out delaying treatment and my lab was very low I would have thought I would have had the option to get a sooner appointment along with options for overnight shipping on the medication, it’s been two weeks and hasn’t shipped which is disappointing
