i already wrote a review … PA seemed rushed to read her ‘ script’ i had several questions and had to keep interrupting her to ask … after explained i was a patient of henry’s last year she never suggested or bothered to look up my history … which seems like common sense ! I had to ask her to do so .. very disappointing …

The nurse I spoke with did not do what she said she would and it cost me $500!! When I explained it to their customer service manager, I was basically told since I had already cancelled my membership that day, there was nothing they felt should be done.

Nurses are great but their delivery experience is sub-par. Shipments are frequently late, like a week +, have been delivered to the wrong address because their pharmacies maintain different addresses than the Henry portal, etc. For the service they provide, timeliness matters and outweighs several of the things they do well. Update post their response to my review: Didn't build any additional trust with me by copy/pasting a canned response to my feedback. 8-10 days for delivery, after already being 8-10 days late, should be seen as unacceptable. The fact that it's not is telling. I get this isn't life saving prescriptions we're talking about, but it's still a prescription someone depends on. You should aim higher

My delivery went to the wrong address and Henry Meds Rep told me I had to contact FedX was also told this is a third party and the pic did not have address on it just a red chair and if another vial was sent I would have to sign for it but if you work how would this be possible and was told well that is just our policy. I went to my rental office who rode around until they found the meds and returned it. FedX did call with a address so that was helpful and this was my first time getting the meds. Henry Meds did call 15 minutes later to see if I got the meds

At this time my experience is not great. I had my virtual appointment on the 8th of July. The PRN advise I would have my prescription within 7 days. Today is day 7 and it still says processing. Feeling very unsure at this time.

Sometimes they come through. Other times - and it's happened several - I'm sitting here making calls and wondering why their web site is wonky again, I can't sign in, have to re set password, wait for IT who can't figure it out and still doesn't reply to Henry meds rep WHILE I track down yet another rep because my prescription ( which they somehow miraculously manage to charge my card RIGHT on TIME every single month) is still sitting in " processing" after explaining I was down to 3 days of med while waiting for IT and was promised it would be expedited by the extremely disinterested Dr who stared down the entire 4 min appointment and surprise surprise it indeed was not expedited from last thursdays appointment and it's the following Tues. so yeah I'm not feeling Henry meds AT ALL . I'd appreciate them doing what they say they will do because this gets old quickly. On a better note I had a very nice rep who is trying to figure out what the problem is this time and I've had pleasant drs who looked up acted interested and actually did what they said they would do

Processing is still in progress past their “usual” 7-10 days. When asked for status update I was told now it would take up to 15 days. I find it frustrating. Feel like they should be more forthcoming with processing time instead of telling me after the 10 days that now it could be 15 days. Mind you I had to inquire about the status myself instead of getting an update. I wish I would have read the reviews because I would not have committed to seven months. Honestly, thinking the Better Business Bureau should look into this business.
